Dr.A.V.N.S. Sharma, was Awarded PhD on, “A study on HRD as Instrument, to Develop Engineering Students with reference to Technology as Learning Factor “, by Andhra University. Awarded Masters in Human Resources Management, from Andhra University, Graduated in Industrial relations from MR (A) College in 1999. Worked in M/S Nellimarla Jute Mills of 5000 work force as Officer on Special Duty (woks) from 2001-2006. Taken charge as Associate Professor in Raghu Engineering College from 2010-15 in the Department of MBA. Rendered services at Aditya Global Business School, Surampalem as an Associate Professor-HR, played a key role in the development of Business School and served as an In-charge Principal. Deputed as Vice-Principal at Aditya Degree College, a new Branch of Vizianagaram, held successful in developing as Disciplined College.
